I WAS FUCKING TALKING ABOUT THE AGGRON YOU DUMBASSWell, now this was just diving into a sea of red flags. Steven shifted imperceptibly when Maxxie sat down on the bench. His expression remained neutral but quizzical at the question and he cocked his head as he answered the teen. “I get several calls; nothing mentioning this scenario however.” The man turned back to the file as he returned to skimming it over and reading it.
Sure you were wink wonk wankRight. Well, fuck. This guy wasn’t him. Feeling like a real fool, Maxxie leant back and shifted a little bit, increasing the space between the two strangers further. “Oh, sorry. I mistook you for a friend.” Good save. Eyes now diverted away from the man’s own and moved to become fixed upon the floor instead, Maxxie was at a loss of what to do then.
The businessman silently took note of the increased space and the diverted eyes. So then there had been a misunderstanding, though it was strange that the teen had ‘mistaken him for a friend’ since he had acted unsure and secretive with him before, as if he didn’t know him personally but was confirming something. He decided, however, to not call him out on it and further embarrass him and make the situation more.. awkward, which it clearly was now for the other. Steven had no desire to make a teenager squirm, not at the moment anyway. So he simply ‘hmmm’d in reply and absentmindedly loosened his collar and tie. it was warmer out today then he had expected.
mm i’d enjoy that if you weren’t aN OLD MAN/LOSER/ROCKRight. It was now or never to find out whether this was the guy or not. Maxxie took a seat on the bench beside the man, locking eyes throughout the experience in case mistrust lingered behind them for whatever reason. He’d seen a fair few actors in his time, so the blonde merely shook the rather confused tone off before speaking again.
“Well, you got the call, right?”

omg come @ me bro i could take u and ur fukin dinosaurMaxxie thrust his hands into his pockets, leaning to the side to appear as casual as he could at the point. This guy didn’t match the description, but it had to be him, right? I mean, this was the bench in question… “I don’t know. Can you?” Maxxie raised his eyebrows, his head leaning forward slightly as if expecting a concrete reply.
he will fukkin eat u for breakfast little man
Steven’s confusion grew with the boy’s strange reaction and response.
”…Well, ah, Depends on what you consider help? Is there something in particular you need?” he asked cautiously. The other didn’t look like he needed any help and now he was getting suspicious vibes off of him. It made Steven feel ill at ease. He didn’t need any trouble today.

Who the fuck are you and what do you want?
“Uhh… hello?”

Steven glanced up from the papers he was scanning, blinking blankly at the young man. “…Ah, hello,” he quirked a brow at the strange look the other was giving him, “I’m sorry I didn’t notice you; can I help you?”
